LIDAR MEASUREMENT SYSTEMS
Accurate information is key when buying or selling aggregate materials, that is why we have developed the LIDAR MEASUREMENT SYSTEM. With the help of lasers and proprietary algorithms we are able to measure exactly what is in the bed of any on-road truck. Our system uses the highest quality in LIDAR technology capable of producing measurements accurate within 1% of the proven load volume.
Our system is next generation, and fully integrated into the TraX software portal for easy access to all ticket data and 3D Lidar data. Our goal is to improve how material is managed and to provide the most accurate load information possible to the client. Our fully digital tickets are sent to each driver via SMS the instant they are finished scanning, this aims to reduce the overall time spent at the pit location further increasing the drivers efficiency. These tickets are also available instantly to the customer, hauler, and drivers via their mobile or web application.

How It Works
Truck Empty Scan
Registration:
The driver drivers under the scanner one time to register the empty scan of the truck. This is done only one time ever for that specific truck. We link the scan to the drivers license plate so no hardware is required to be installed.
Truck Gets Loaded
STEP 1 :
When the driver drives into the pit, they pass by the scanner and get loaded as normal.
Full Scan
STEP 2 :
After the truck is fully loaded the driver drives ~4-5mph through the scanner without stopping.
Volume Calculation
STEP 3 :
Once the truck is out of the scanner lasers, the volume calculation can start. This takes 2-3 seconds and uses proprietary algorithms to calculate a very accurate volume of the loaded material.
Ticket Pickup
STEP 4 :
The system automatically sends an SMS to the driver of the current ticket with the volume information of the scan. This ticket is also instantly available in the driver app. There is no need to stop to pick up paper copies of tickets.
